Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. Every digital product sold by Nuvora Digital LLC ("Nuvora Labs") is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting on the date of purchase.

1. Our 30-day guarantee

If a product isn't right for you — for any reason — email us at support@nuvoracorp.net within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full purchase price. No forms to fill in, no hoops to jump through.

2. How to request a refund

• Email support@nuvoracorp.net from the address you used at checkout;
• Include your order number or the product name and purchase date;
• Optionally, tell us what didn't work — it helps us improve, but it's never required for a refund.

We confirm every refund request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

3. Digital products and "returns"

Because our products are digital downloads, there is nothing physical to return. When a refund is issued, your license to use the product ends and you agree to delete your copies of the files.

4. EU and UK statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights for digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not delivered — including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, those statutory rights.

5. Fair use

We keep this policy generous because the overwhelming majority of customers are honest. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles of the same products or evidence of redistribution of the files.

6. Late or missing refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and it hasn't appeared, check with your bank or card issuer first (processing times vary), then contact us at support@nuvoracorp.net and we will chase it with the payment processor.
