Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything sold by Nuvora Digital LLC ("Nuvora Labs") is a digital product. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping costs, carriers, or delivery windows — your purchase is delivered electronically.

1. How delivery works

• After a successful payment, an email with your download links or access instructions is sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout.
• Delivery normally happens within minutes of purchase, 24/7, to any country.
• For Notion-based products, the email contains a link to duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace.

2. If your delivery email doesn't arrive

• Check your spam or promotions folder;
• Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct;
• Still nothing after 30 minutes? Contact support@nuvoracorp.net with your order details and we will re-send your access, typically within a few hours and always within one business day.

3. Access period and re-downloads

Download links remain valid after purchase, and you can request a fresh link at any time by emailing support — free of charge. We recommend saving your files in your own storage after downloading.

4. Taxes and import duties

Because no physical goods cross borders, no customs or import duties apply. Where required by law, applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.

5. Problems with a product

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, contact us and we will fix it or provide a replacement immediately. Our 30-day refund policy also applies to every purchase.
